The Undergraduate Testing Center is located in Graham Memorial, room 018. Our testing room has seating arrangements for up to 20 students and is monitored by cameras and one or more proctors. Please refer to our hours of operations page for updated hours and planned closures.
We provide the following services:
- Make-up exams. If a student has missed a scheduled exam, is NOT registered with ARS, and you have granted them an excused absence, they can make-up the exam at the Undergraduate Testing Center.
We are unable to provide the following services:
- Creating, writing, interpreting or scoring exams
- Evaluate or approve requests for disability accommodations
- Proctoring exams in classrooms on campus or over Zoom
Submitting and Receiving Exams
If possible, please upload your exam with the request form.
If you DO NOT upload the exam with the request form, you must upload it to your Exam Upload folder in our Testing Center Document Exchange site by 48 hours before the desired exam time. After submitting the request form, new users will receive access to the Document Exchange within the two business days to upload your exam. The Document Exchange will be shared by the Undergraduate Testing Coordinator and you will receive an invite email to your specific folder to access documents, upload exams, and download completed exams.
Completed exams will be scanned and returned to your Completed Exams folder in the Testing Center Document Exchange site. We will retain the original hard-copies of the completed exams and will return them to the instructor upon request.
